If you agree to participate in the research there will be two interviews, each lasting approximately 1 ½-2 hours. The first will focus on how you came to your spirituality – your spiritual journey – and what it means to you. You will be able to tell your story in as much detail as you want. The second will focus on clarifying and expanding on things from the first interview and exploring particular aspects of your experience, the group of which you are a part, and how others see you and that group.
Interviews will be transcribed, and all information that could identity you (e.g. names, places, dates, etc.) will be removed. The information will then be analysed and reported in journal articles, conference papers and educational materials. You may have a copy of your interviews and a summary of findings when produced. You may, of course, withdraw from the project at any time before publication or findings presented.
